Scholarship Overview

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for IPS 2024, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must be citizens of other countries, excluding Indonesia.
  • They should have a high school/bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA/GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory as the medium of instruction is English. They need to submit proof of English proficiency such as TOEFL/IELTS scores.
  • Applicants should be born after January 1, 1997 for undergraduate programs. There is no age limit for postgraduate programs.
  • They should have a valid passport with a minimum validity of 30 months.
  • Applicants should be in good health condition both physically and mentally.

Application Process

The IPS 2024 application process is fully online. Here are the key steps:

  1. Choose Program and University
    Select the degree program and preferred university from the list of participating universities given on the IPS website.
  2. Register Online
    Go to the IPS portal and register by creating a profile with login details.
  3. Apply Online
    Fill the online IPS application form and upload all required documents such as academic transcripts, recommendation letters, language proof, etc. before the deadline.
  4. Selection Test
    Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an online interview/selection test conducted by the respective university.
  5. Admission and Visa
    If selected, candidates will receive an admission letter from the university for the visa process. Scholarship recipients will also be notified.
  6. Pre-departure Briefing
    Selected international students will need to attend a pre-departure briefing in their home country.
  7. Travel to Indonesia
